Central Support
the area that supports our campusesThe Vineyard Church is a multi-campus church which means "we are one church with many locations." In order to be one church that is spread out geographically, we developed a core area, called Central Support, that brings the mission and vision along with the look and feel together. It's made up of our Senior Pastors that set our vision and direction and a Ministry and Business Office that holds the DNA of The Vineyard Church close.

The Business Office is set up to resource the administrative areas of the campuses. It provides finance support for offerings and budgeting. Central Support provides a hub for Human Resourcing. Our Communications Team strives to be consistent in our messaging through written messages as well as branding. The Technology area provides support for all IT/Technical needs, providing great efficiencies across the campuses.

The Ministry Office is set up to resource the ministry areas of the campuses, such as Children, Youth, Small Groups, Worship, and Compassion. This allows the campuses to be trained and share best practices for how The Vineyard Church does ministry.
